We just ordered curly fries and the person who was taking order was v . impatient had no definetly was not listening and we mentioned no sour cream ( we mentioned it twice as she was just kept rushing) and after opening the package we see the fries loaded with sour cream. Please pay attention while taking orders and listen to customers.

The customer service is absolutely horrid. And this is not the first time but it will be my last. I was appalled to witness a staff member berating and yelling at her teammate. I tried to address it and when I turned my back I overheard them laughing. I find nothing funny it. It was incredibly uncomfortable to witness and I had a difficult time enjoying my meal while the yelling continued. Love the food here, but won’t be back until that’s addressed. It’s too bad too because the staff used to be so great here.

Ordered through skip. All the food was ice cold. We live less than 5 mins from store.

I wish you have option to mark this Arby’s location in negative.
I’ve been told by my friends the food here really nice but I have always had bizarre experience with Arby’s located in SSM @GNR.
The staff here is ridiculous they have no idea about customer service. For the first time I went, they were decently staffed there were no cars on drive thru no delivery orders just 4 customer at counter still after 40 mins my turn didn’t come and I left without ordering. Second time, they’ve ask me to wait for some time lady on counter told me they are not accepting orders I’ve requested her to let me know when she can and after waiting for 10 minutes they took order of 2 gentlemen who came after me. I’ll mannered and slowest as hell. Don’t visit this store if you genuinely value your time because staff here don’t give a flying flower about customers.
