  Sad to say but this is the poorest Arby's out there now... not too long ago it used to be one of the best. $3.00 for a 2 ounce side cup of cheese, when the same thing is $0.99 at other locations across Ontario. Waited 15+ minutes for $50 bucks worth of food. Sandwiches were made and they sat on the counter while I waited for a side of fries and a poutine, that they eventually made incorrectly and I had to send back. I'm pretty sure they just gave it to the next person that ordered one. Can't verify that but certainly appeared that way. Junior roast beef ordered had about 4 slices of beef on it. Would never go back if it wasn't my daughters favourite fast food place.

  I came in to order, and the prices displayed on the menu board do not match the actual prices. It shows $8.99 for the meal and $8.99 for the sandwich. However, when I ordered the meal, I was asked to pay more than $33 after tax. I asked why this was happening, and I was told they were “trying to get rid of it.” That information should be communicated before customers place their orders. At the very least, there should be a notice stating that the prices on the menu board are incorrect. As it stands, this feels misleading and comes across as a scam.
