  Really questionable food quality. The 7 layer black bean burrito' tomatoes were squishy and it didn't have guacamole (a listed ingredient). The grilled steak burrito had chicken instead. Two burritos costing $25 is also pretty outrageous.

  I feel bad for leaving this review because I've had great experiences here before with other employees but I had a terrible experience here today around 2:30 with two employees I haven't seen before. I ordered through the Taco Bell app for pickup (which I do often) I came to pick up my order at the time the app told me to. I showed the employees my order number and order. They told me there was no order in their system and that there is no Taco Bell app. I proceed to open the app in front of them. I was asked if I ordered it to this Taco Bell, I showed them that yes I did. I asked if I could get a refund because the app took money from my bank account. I was told there was nothing that could be done. I am extremely frustrated because I have ordered through the app to this Taco Bell before. I am also frustrated by the employees incompetence and lack of help. The other employees that work here are great. I've called Taco Bell help and I'm unable to get into contact with them until Monday.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an awesome experience at Taco Bell! The food was fresh, hot, and made exactly how I ordered it. The staff were friendly, fast, and made me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. The restaurant was clean, and my order came out quickly even though it was busy. Great food, great service, and great value. I'll definitely be coming back!
