We got there about 6:45, you appeared very busy, but we lined up and were seated in a reasonable time. We ordered about 7 and waited, and waited, and waited........some 40 mins later, our server told us you were out of white chicken. He offered us double dark meat legs. We seriously were thinking of leaving. So we took his offer, the legs were tiny, tough and virtually inedible. My salad was made up of huge chunks of lettuce and not tossed, whatsoever. My husband equally had tough little legs. Had we been told earlier, that you had no chicken, we would have paid for our drinks and gone somewhere else. And to finally get the worst meal I've ever had, at a Swiss Chalet, was deplorable.

Just the little things that can be annoying after a long, tiring day of travel. Swiss Chalet, do better…

This restaurant is so poorly run. Not sure how this franchisee is allowed to run it this way. Make the customers jump through hoops to actually use offers. We will NOT order takeout here again!! What a nightmare!!!
