  I recently visited Wayback Burgers and had a great experience. The burgers were fresh, juicy, and cooked perfectly. I tried the classic burger with fries, and everything tasted hot and flavorful. The milkshake was also really good and had a nice thick texture. The staff was friendly and the service was quick, even during a busy time. The restaurant was clean and had a nice casual atmosphere. Prices were reasonable for the quality and portion sizes. Overall, a great spot if you’re craving burgers and comfort food. I would definitely come back again and recommend it to friends and family.

  Went in Saturday. Wife loves burgers so we thought we would try it. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 pops and a bacon cheddar fries. Burgers were fine, not super but good, pop was pop, whoever, the fries were horrible. I ordered cheddar and bacon. Got cheddar, bacon, green onions and for God only knows why, Ranch dressing. Went and asked what the white stuff was on my fries. Was told Ranch dressing. Said I did not order that and was told "That's how we make them". Then the person turned away and served the next person. Could not have cared less. Ate the Burgers and threw the fries out. NEVER going back. NOt so much the fries done wrong but the complete lack of customer service. Yelling welcome to Wayback as people come in the door means nothing if the food and service are sub par.

  Came in for a takeout order around 5PM on a Saturday and it was busy. I was immediately and warmly welcomed by the entire staff! The dining area was very clean and for a smaller space it's well laid out. It was just under 20 mins waiting for my order but it was well worth it. Burgers well all dressed well, they didnt skimp on toppings and the beef was cooked nicely. Bonus points for not being messy- even the lettuce wrapped burger held together well! Fries were delicious, seasoned well and not cold. I highly recommend the cajun tater tots, tangy/spicy and a fun change. Oh, and if you like shakes you won't regret trying one. The chocolate shake was smooth, tasty and had great consistency.

  I don’t usually like leaving negative reviews, but unfortunately this visit left me a bit disappointed. That said, the customer service was elite — very welcoming, friendly, and genuinely kind. The staff were great, and you should expect restaurant-style wait times since everything is prepared fresh. However, despite the focus on freshness, the buns on our burgers were a little stale. The fries were quite soft and weren’t something my two boys or I enjoyed. My burger was supposed to be the sweet bacon, but the bacon was regular and only lightly cooked. The onion rings on it were mushy and there was no noticeable sauce, which made the overall burger quite unflavourful. My one son ordered the steakhouse burger and did enjoy his. My oldest had the double bacon; he also found the bun stale but did like the patties themselves. We also tried the vanilla milkshake, which was okay. For over $60 for three of us, Im on the fence about returning. I like to always leave an honest review, and seeing that there is numerous positive reviews I may have to hop the fence and try it again.

  Will probably become one of the best burger joints in town!! Don’t sleep on this place. The staff is amazing, they greet you when you come in and say goodbye when you leave. They provide the type of service not typically seen in your “fast food” type joints. And the food…..the food is absolutely fantastic!!! The burgers were big, fresh and juicy and I loved the onion rings. My son had a milkshake that was delicious. This will be our place to come for an old fashioned burger night out. My only complaint is that the space is not big enough when it’s crowded with people that want to experience some of the best food in town. Keep up the great work Wayback!!
