  Deb & Steph are both wonderful employees. But I Believe her name is Agnes she is absolutly awful, she is always rude to her other co workers and towards customers. So many people have complained about this employee something needs to be done she is so incredibly rude. If you dont like your job and working with people then quit. She should be fired. One time I watched her be rude to a coworker, another customer who was in there at that time told the other worker she was doing a great job and that she didn't deserve to be treated that way. She has been rude to me many times with attitude when asking me *what do you want*, we don't have that, we're closing soon so don't bother even ordering, or when I want extra crispy bacon complaining that it burns her fingers, rolls her eyes if you ask for extra toppings. She shouldn't work in customer service.

  Agnes I believe her name is that works at the exmouth sarnia location is absolutely awful. Not only to customers but also to her co workers. Just disgusting she is. Extremely rude and disrespectful.

  The lady worked there at 24/04/26 at 9 in the night doesn’t know what customer service is. She was so rude, trying to teach me how to ask for a pick up order. She apparently said that I spelled my name wrong!

  I recently saw a coupon for protein bowls. I've never had one before but it looked delicious. I asked for it upon entering and also told the server that it was my 1st time ordering it. She was very helpful and walked me through my order. I had the option of beef or rotisserie chicken. Rice was included as well. Then we added the usual vegetable toppings, cheese, and I topped it off with avocado and Ranch dressing. This bowl was my dinner. It was delicious and filling as well. A great option!! LOVED it! Thank you France!❤️😊

  Worst Subway I have ever had. Ordered through the Subway app and my subs were all made wrong. Barely any lettuce, wrong bread, toppings that weren't supposed to be there, the bread was stale and cookies were hard and wrong. My family and I are big on pickles and I asked for extra pickles on each sub and got barely any at all. The sauce was barely a drizzle. I have to say that this was the worst Subway I have ever had and I got a sub with gravel in it before (different Subway)!
