However, the same female staff member I encountered on both visits was unwelcoming. No greeting, uncomfortable eye contact, and a rude attitude. On one visit, I came about 30 minutes before closing and felt like I wasn’t supposed to be there. The second time was similar. I understand staff can be tired, but basic courtesy makes a big difference. Hoping to see more consistency in customer service.
