  would like to report inappropriate customer service from one of the employees at your McDonald’s location. The employee behaved disrespectfully toward customers, which made me uncomfortable. Because of this experience, I have stopped buying food and even avoid picking up orders from this location. This kind of behavior is not acceptable and affects customers negatively. I

  I’ve visited this McDonald's (Walmart Sarnia) several times, and Varinder Kaur is consistently exceptional. She handles every order with incredible speed and accuracy, ensuring everything is packed carefully and neatly. ​What really sets her apart is her knowledge of the points system; she proactively helped me understand how to earn and redeem rewards, which saved me money! Even during the busiest rushes, she maintains a positive, professional attitude and always has a smile for every customer. Her attention to detail and friendly nature make this the best McDonald's in town. Management should definitely recognize her hard work
