  So freaking good. Best gordita I’ve ever had, this location is always so good. The employees are always nice too, tastes like it’s made with love. Thank you Taco Bell please never leave. The photo is bad srry I’m more focused on my gordita.

  Had a TERRIBLE experience. Staff member claims she is the manager. Her name is Ishita. The level of disrespect and incompetence is out of this world. I wouldn't recommend anyone to enter this establishment. The customer service is terrible and the food follows. How can you mess up a franchise restaurant where everything is already made ??? Ask the Manager Ishita she'll tell you. DO NOT RECCOMEND

  Late with my online pickup order, made me go threw the drive threw after I called twice at the front door because t was locked and I have a longboard and then after waiting there for 5 minutes made me wait on their padio bc they had another customer..

  I should’ve taken his name, but there was a young man who Served me today, who was enthusiastic, kind, and welcoming. And he didn’t look slightly inconvenienced when I stumbled over my order (being indecisive). I don’t know his name, but he was a young man with cornrows/Braided hair. Exceptional customer service.

  I’ve never had this problem before. I visited around 12:50 a.m. on May 31 with a few friends after seeing online that the restaurant was open until 1:00 a.m. When we arrived, no one mentioned that most of the menu was unavailable. However, when we tried to place our order, we were told that the only items they could serve were two Doritos Locos Tacos. The employees were extremely rude and unaccommodating throughout the interaction. I understand that it was close to closing time, but if your posted hours say you’re open until 1:00 a.m., customers should reasonably expect to be able to order from the menu during that time. No explanation was given about equipment issues, inventory shortages, or anything else that would have prevented them from serving food. We were simply told that it was “close to close.” Because of the poor customer service and lack of communication, we ended up leaving without ordering anything. This was a very disappointing experience. Mcdonald’s across the street served us exactly what we wanted! I recommend mcdonald’s instead!
