  This place is great, honestly. To be fair, you know you’ve hit the next level of fat when you’re out here posting Taco Bell reviews, but what can you do? They deserve the praise, they’ve honestly earned it. The employees are great, always friendly and kind and they never skimp on the extras. I go relatively often and they remember my order even over the drive-through speaker; I once overheard one of the girls correcting the new girl over the mic- ‘No no, trust me, it’s Beef not Bean, he’s here all the time-‘ and got to watch her have her triumph in the back of being right, it was adorable. The next nearest Taco Bell is down at Yonge & Steeles and their tortillas always taste stale, and considering these are the guys NASA goes to for their super long lasting tortillas for space missions (it’s true, look it up!) you KNOW those things been sitting in back a while. Not with this location, everything’s always fresh.

  Worst Taco Bell every time I go drive thru they tell me to go around sometimes no one is even behind me and tell me go around this time full line and had to wait 5 min to go back to the window never have this at any other Taco Bell or any fast food if something is not ready they say park here and they will bring it out worst Taco Bell I give 0 star if I could

  Honestly, the quality of this location has gone down so much. The staff are so inattentive and you basically have to beg for their attention in store and at the drive thru. If you're inside standing in line, no one greets you or asks to take your order/pickup info. If you order online, they never know there's a pending order and ask you to wait additional time, sometimes even forgetting the order completely when you come back. It's been about a dozen times now I've ordered online and at the drive thru am told "Taco Bell orders take more time, please drive around again in 15 minutes." Then they say the same about KFC. What's the point of ordering ahead then??? And the actual portion of ingredients? It's like someone is counting the tomatoes and lettuce. I don't understand how they are still in business.

  I am unsure if this location got new management, or new employees. Either way, whatever they did the change was absolutely necessary. The cashier that served me was incredibly nice, her name is Adoris. She was very attentive and polite, and I enjoyed the experience she was able to provide me with. The food is piping hot, fresh, and dare I even say delicious. I got a cantina chicken burrito from here and when I tell you it was so flavourful, hot and delicious I was honestly taken aback and surprised that this kind of quality came from this location. 100x better now, their nacho fries cheese dip is also incredibly hot and fresh as well. 10/10 meal

  Absolutely terrible experience. I placed and paid for my order, but after waiting, I was told that it never appeared in their system. I showed proof of purchase from my Apple Wallet, but instead of trying to solve the problem, the staff were rude, dismissive, and started yelling at me. What made the situation worse was that I wasn’t the only customer having issues. Multiple people were having problems with their orders, and the employee was raising her voice at several customers. I was eventually told not to come back and that I wasn’t welcome, despite having proof that I paid. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully at a restaurant before. Customer service was completely unacceptable, and no effort was made to fix the issue or even apologize. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location.
