  Here, the food was terrible they wouldn’t melt the cheese of the nachos, the food was cold, and they gave us half the portions of the food the drinks tasted like water . It took they almost an hour to give us our food even though it was a little bit. They also didn’t give u the order even though we paid for it and they looked for the receipt and it took like half an hour. The employee were very rude and this was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been too, even though it’s my favourite fast food restaurant.

  Absolute chaos. Very disorganized. Placed order online through app and still had to wait 1hr for my food. Lots of other people waiting a very long time for their orders. Did not seem to have people's orders organized and sorted in a way that could have avoided such a mess. Staff either needs more training or a better system set up to avoid this in the future. McDonald's can handle a busy rush better than this.

  My friends and I went there just for nacho fries and it took them an hour for them to give it to us as they gave others their food while our names where wiped from the screen. He tossed our food on the counter. Not a good impression

  went here for lunch on my lunch break when there was one person ahead of me. i waited for nearly 15 minutes while i watched the staff look like they had no idea what was going on. questions like “what is this for?”, put food in the wrong bags then took them back out. two staff were talking on the sidelines and laughing while the other staff were rushing around confused. i assume the other orders were for drive thru. when i finally got my food, the crunchwrap did not have any beef on it, and it was very cold. the nacho fries were cold as well, and there were maybe 2 fries with proper seasoning on them. the rest had no seasoning at all. the cinnabon delights had barely any sugar coating on them and my drink from the fountain was extremely watered down. i think this place needs either more staff or more competent staff. the store was next to empty and my entire order was messed up. for a “fast food” place where i wanted a quick lunch, this was very disappointing!

  Went through the drive thru and ordered 2 luxe boxes, we were told at the window that it would be 5-7 mins and to pull around. After 15 minutes I went inside and asked about our order, it was forgotten. The staff were very friendly and apologetic but it still took another 25 minutes to get our food. I honestly can't even blame the staff, the management clearly does not care. What a joke. Also seen one of the workers change their gloves, throw out the box, and shove their fresh gloves into the garbage to push it down and the proceed to make our drinks... are we serious?
