- RMRahil M2 days ago1.0My family’s first Swess Chalet coupon visit was disappointing. The dark-meat chicken portion was too small for a meal, because of using the coupon. The women’s restroom needed better cleaning and maintenance, and the atmosphere was uninviting. Though the server was polite, service fell short of what I’ve experienced at other restaurants.. I’d hesitate to recommend the restaurant, especially with a coupon.

The place was not even completely full there lots of empty tables so it wasn't as if it was a packed night. When food finally areived we were in rush to leave and it took another 25 minutes to get the bill and another 15 minutes to get take out boxes. Staff are nice and work hard but management is not staffing this place properly for proper service. Fast food level food but slow food. This place proritizes take out orders over dine in. I don't reccomend.

Throughout dinner, my husband kept mentioning how pleasant and welcoming the servers have always been here, and I told him that Swati is definitely one of them! Swati was very patient, attentive, and made sure everything we needed was brought to us promptly. We truly appreciated her service and kindness. We’d love to see their beautiful smiles more often though—it makes their warm and pleasant personality shine even more! 😊 Thank you, Swati, for making our dinner such an enjoyable experience. We look forward to dining here again! ❤️
- KKKatSep 23, 20261.0Ordered delivery through door dash. Quarter Chicken Dinner with mashed potatoes, caesar salad and lemon meringue pie. Package arrived sealed with a note saying out of chicken, out of potatoes and pie (they sent a substitue pie). I only received a salad and different pie. The resturant never bothered to contact me to ask if I wanted a replacement for my entire meal. I could have ordered something else the entire time the salad and pie was being prepared but wasnt notified so I had no idea. Waste of time and money. I got refunded by door dash thankfully. Also, I'm writing this almost half an hour after my food was delivered- an hour after initial order and the chicken dinner is still showing as available on door dash. Whoever is in charge of updating the door dash menu stock is clearly not doing their job. If it was one item out of stock fine but this is just sad. In addition, no customer satisfaction. Not even a phone call. Pathetic. Shame on whoever is in charge of this location.
