  Employee is very rude asked for napkins and they refused to give at first when asked again only gave 1 piece and this was not the first time i thought leaving a review had encountered very similar incidents twice. They try to cheat customers if they are not aware of products. Like giving less amount of cheese.worst outlet to visit.

  Absolutely horrible experience at this Subway on West Beaver Creek. I was parked for a moment waiting for a friend so we could go inside together. An employee came out of the store and immediately started yelling at me, threatening to call the police and take a picture of my license plate. Completely aggressive and unnecessary. I went inside to order anyway, and instead of calming down, she continued arguing, denied everything, and then REFUSED to serve me. When I asked for a manager or any contact information, she said she didn’t have one and refused to help. To make it worse, she then locked herself inside the office to avoid dealing with the situation, leaving me standing there after being yelled at and refused service. I understand there may be parking policies, but nothing justifies this kind of behavior. This was unprofessional, hostile, and honestly embarrassing for the business. Avoid this location if you expect basic respect.

  This is based on multiple experiences ordering from this Subway location. The ingredient quality is actually good, and everything tastes fresh. However, the portion sizes and staff behavior are really disappointing. Compared to other Subway locations, the amount of food here is honestly ridiculous. The portions are so small it feels like a joke, like they’re paying for the food themselves and are worried about giving you too much. Even when I order options that are supposed to have higher protein, there’s basically no difference from the regular version. A sandwich that should have around 23g of protein ends up with just a few thin slices of turkey, far from what you’d expect. Also, if you ask for fresh salsa, don’t expect actual salsa. They just load your sandwich with large chunks of onion and tomato and call it “fresh salsa.” On top of that, when you redeem points, the staff seem visibly unhappy and the service gets noticeably worse, to the point where the food is handled carelessly. Overall, while the ingredients are fresh, the portions and customer service really need serious improvement.

  The food was awful, and the staff had a terrible attitude. The dishes tasted like they had been sitting out for days, and it felt like the staff would do anything just to cut costs. Don’t waste any money at here!
