  it took 50 minutes for us to get the food we ordered online and they ran out of most types of bread. when i tried to ask the staff member about it he was kind of rude and they only had 1 guy working and he was quite slow.

  This place just ranndomly picks and chooses times to close early. Its suoer inconsistent and has driven much if the community away since we cannot tell if we will receive service or not. I reviewed this place about a year ago and nothing at all has changed.

  I eat subway a lot more than I care to admit, however I will NEVER go back to this location. I felt rushed and unimportant. The tomato’s were gross and I had to ask to have them removed. The cucumbers were dried out. We asked for southwest sauce and they chose to put on sub sauce. There was a trainee working and he did great considering how rude his trainer (the older lady) was to him. I felt bad for this new employee that he was treated so poorly and like a lesser human being. They would not honour their own advertised deals on their own app. Steer clear of this location!

  Absolute FAVOURITE Subway in Richmond hill!! If you know what’s good for YOUR tummy you will ditch both the subway at Richmond heights AND the subway BayMac and make haste to this LOVELY Location in the Home Depot Plaza!! Jonah made my sandwich LEGENDARY With excellent craftsmanship, he carefully placed my bacon slices LIKE A PRO! Even adding the perfect amount of sauce as if he was making this sandwich for Gordon Ramsay HIMSELF!! Lesley and Manny were IMPECCABLE!! Even when my husband and I showed up right before closing they made no mention of rushing us out! Even having a lovely conversation with us while our sandwiches were being blessed by Jonah! ABSOLUTELY LOVE this location and I shall be returning every time I crave that monumental subway sandwich, and I hope you do too.

  Went to pick up my order from 1500 Elgin Mills Road E., subway store at approx 530pm April 11th. Picked up my order and took some napkins. The lady working at Subway shouted at me « don’t take too much, it’s expensive » To which I replied I only took four napkins I ordered two subs. She replied « it’s already in the bag » I said « how did I know if it’s in the bag or not? » Also I requested extra toppings, but as you can see from the picture there’s hardly any toppings. I can even count two pieces of spinach. No customers like to being yelled at by subway staff/owner for taking four napkins for two subs purchased. Spend your money elsewhere.
