  Very poor experience. Make sure to double-check your food, especially if you use the drive-thru. They did not follow our order at all. We ordered a Happy Meal, and they had to replace the burger inside three times before it was finally correct. On top of that, one burger was completely missing, which we only noticed after we got home and started eating. The coffee was also terrible. The iced coffee was not mixed properly at all — the top tasted like watered-down coffee. Really disappointing service and very careless order handling.

  There was a literal dead bug squished inbetween the lid and cup of my iced coffee.. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING I’m not returning to this location. Who knows what else is in the food

  Very accomodating staff! We forgot to change the drink to iced coffee when we ordered a combo and they gave it to us anyway when we asked! Thank you!

  Ok so Ive gotten a ton of wrong orders here, so finally I decided to share. Does this look like a sausage egg and cheese McGriddle? Did the sausage and egg run away together to start a family? Like cmon guys whats going on use some critical thinking if the order says sausage egg and cheese clearly it doesn’t mean cheese only. Even the wrapper says sausage egg and cheese 😭😭

  I ordered from the drive-thru around 9:30 PM. I went home, sat down with my family, and when I opened the order, one sandwich was missing. I went back and got a replacement order, and the bag was stapled shut—they said it was fixed. I went back home, but the order was still wrong again. This happened twice in one visit — very disappointing. My child was hungry and I was very tired. Please double-check orders before handing them out.
