Worst experience ever! we came here at 10:40 pm to order some food for two on Friday night and met a very weird Asian cleaning guy who was cleaning the table and replaced the bag of garbage bin . He forbids us to use garbage bin after finish the cleaning. also he is so weird and forbid several other customers to use the island bar in the middle of the store after wiping the table. This is the first time we met such situation and so odd after we paid the food but cannot get the store service.

This place can be a hit or a miss. Today it was extremely crowded and as a result there was a 10 minute wait for food (or at least it felt like 10 min). The was clean I'll give them that. They're open 24hrs with a drive thru.

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding a recent purchase of a Happy Meal at your restaurant.
At the time of ordering, the self-service kiosk clearly displayed that the Happy Meal included a Mario toy. This was the primary reason I made the purchase for my daughter. However, upon receiving the meal, I was given a completely different, older toy without any prior notice or explanation.
No staff member informed me that the Mario toy was unavailable, nor was I given the option to cancel or modify my order. This lack of transparency is unacceptable.
What is even more concerning is that this is not the first time this particular location has engaged in this kind of behavior. Repeatedly displaying items that are not actually available and silently substituting them misleads customers and undermines trust.
From my perspective:
* The in-store display was inaccurate and misleading
* The product was changed without notice or consent
* This appears to be a repeated issue, not an isolated incident
I consider this to be a form of deceptive practice. I made the purchase specifically based on what was advertised, and what I received did not match what was shown.
Therefore, I am requesting:
* A full refund for this Happy Meal
* A review and correction of this store’s practices to prevent similar incidents in the future
I expect this matter to be taken seriously and resolved promptly. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I will consider escalating this complaint to the appropriate consumer protection authorities.
