  Absolutely terrible This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s locations I’ve ever been to. The place is consistently dirty, there are flies around, orders take forever, and the customer service is often rude and completely unhelpful. It feels like nobody actually cares about maintaining the restaurant or giving customers decent service. The worst part is that this isn’t some one-time bad experience. It happens repeatedly. You can stand around waiting while employees barely acknowledge you, and when you finally get helped, the attitude can be just as bad as the service. There are only maybe 2–3 workers here who actually seem to care and provide good service. Everyone else makes the experience unnecessarily frustrating. This location is in a good area, which makes the condition of the restaurant and the poor service even more disappointing. Management seriously needs to step up with cleanliness, staffing, training, and basic customer service. I honestly don’t understand how a location can operate like this for so long without major improvements. DO BETTER.

  It seems like there is only one person working in the morning, which is causing significantly longer wait times in the drive-thru. Hopefully, additional staff can be scheduled during the morning rush to improve the service time.

  Just has horrible drive through at this McDonald’s. Ordered two combos. One with hot chocolate. First tried to give me chocolate milk. Then said hot chocolate machine was only making them cold and asked if I wanted it that way. Gave up and has a Coke. Then the fries were inedible. Obviously had been sitting around for ages. Hamburger was very salty.

  This is the second time messing up my order in this week. Asked for no sauce on my McChicken and added extra sauce instead. Same happened before when ordering a Big Mac. These employees need to be trained better and follow simple instructions just read the receipt. I know reading is hard for some people but it is on the receipt on top of the box. Terrible service and terrible employees.

  Just ordered though the phone app and picked up by drive thru , I specifically ask for ketchup as I notice they don’t give it to you until you ask, Went back home and guess what, ketchup is missing.
