  Honestly the worst McDonald's location I’ve been to. My order gets messed up almost every single time. The lady at the drive-thru window somehow manages to forget something on every visit, it’s honestly impressive at this point. When I try to politely fix the order, I get attitude instead of help. I don’t expect perfection, just basic accuracy and decent customer service.

  Service is extremely slow, especially if you go inside. Drive thru is also slow, but not as bad as if you were to go in. If you're in a rush, this is not a McDonald's you'd go.

  This is one of the cleanest McDonald's I have ever been to. The location is extremely convenient as it is near lots of houses and schools. The staff are very nice and are friendly to everyone in the whole place. I always come here and I will continue to.

  The atmosphere was great and they had amazing service. I got my order on time and i made custom modifications. They got everything right and Susan was just amazing. She had great service.

  This was the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The place was dirty. The workers were rude. I waited a The place was dirty. The workers were rude. I waited an hour just to get a simple meal The fries were burnt. The service was horrible and the entire atmosphere was just treacherous. This worker name is Bella verbally assaulted me and my associates as all we were doing was just trying to have a quick bite. If you’re ever in the tower Hill area, whatever you do do not come to this McDonald’s.
