  Went for an anniversary dinner on April 28th. Money is short, so we rarely go out. We were seated in a booth behind a screaming kid whose parents found it cute that their kids were animas! We moved to another table, but waiter wasn't happy with our new location, so we followed to a quiet area. My husband ordered a sirloin steak with 'loaded' baked potato. When dinner arrived, his steak looked awful and wouldn't you know it -- it tasted awful. It was unchewable. Oh yes, the potato? There wasn't a single topping on it -- nothing! He wasn't even offered butter or sour cream or ANYTHING! Loaded with invisible extras? Our evening out for our 52nd anniversary was a dud. Extremely disappointing. And, adding insult to injury, the waiter took our plates away and did not even ask about my husband's uneaten dinner!!! This is a wait staff? We had looked forward to our evening out -- we don't get too many of those with the current money situation. An awful experience.

  We went last night. Immediately the hostess seemed flustered on where to seat people. (Other people that came in too she had to ask) We sat in the bar, asked for a couple minutes with the menus and the waitress said ok I'll come when your other person joins you. So 10 minutes later she came back and took our drink and app orders. About 10 minutes later we got our drink orders and she took our main orders. Then all the food came at once. Bathrooms were a disaster, toilet paper everywhere etc. When my wife asked about a food recommendation she was told one of the two items she was considering that they didn't trust the kitchen to make it properly.

  Just had dinner with my kids and they really enjoyed their chicken tenders and spaghetti. The balsamic chicken was good too. Our server, Levana, was attentive and made sure we had everything we needed.

  We had a great experience here! Our waitress Levana was absolutely wonderful ,very friendly, attentive, and professional throughout our visit. She made us feel so welcome and checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay. The service was excellent, and her positive attitude really made our experience even better.

  I had the pleasure of being served by Jennifer at Kelsey's Richmond Hill, and I can’t recommend her enough. She was friendly, attentive, and made the entire dining experience enjoyable from start to finish. Jennifer has a great attitude and really knows how to make customers feel welcome. She was quick to check in without being intrusive, made excellent recommendations, and ensured everything was perfect throughout the meal. It’s clear she genuinely cares about providing great service. If you’re visiting Kelsey’s Richmond Hill, I highly suggest asking for Jennifer — she’ll make your experience even better!
