- CRchandra reddy4 days ago1.0Had a very bad experience. I just bought their Caesar wrap and loaded fries. The wrap barely had any chicken in it — it was mostly just tortilla and salad. The loaded fries were okay, but overall it was disappointing.

Our server kept forgetting our order and we've had to ask numerous times to make sure our order was correct. Dining room was clean, but could have e been better considering the amount of staff and size of the eatery. Customer service was lacking as well. For a lunchtime rush, they already looked tired and it feels like they didn't want to be there. Please do better for future patrons.

Our drinks were refilled quickly, the food came out on time, and they checked in just enough to make sure everything was perfect. What really stood out was their attitude. They were patient, positive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming. It’s rare to come across service that feels genuine rather than rushed, and it definitely made the meal more enjoyable. Overall, excellent service and a big reason I’d come back again.
