  Rude staff. They got my order wrong and when I had pointed out that this is not what I ordered they proceeded to tell me they have my order on video and that they could prove me wrong. (?? what kind of customer service is that??) Then she threatened me saying that her other coworkers could validate that - meanwhile I also ordered with 2 other people who could validate my actual order/ what I wanted. AWFUL customer service. Only after FIGHTING with me she then offered me a new cone.

  Clean dairy queen, cleaner than other locations I went to. Lots of parking. Staff was friendly and ended up bringing our order to our table. We just popped in while driving through town and had a good experience.

  I went in today and the young lady working at the front was so polite and she made my Blizzard so quick and the way I want it. Great customer service. I will come again when I visit port Perry.

  I have gotten food here twice since it has been under new ownership. A blizzard and a chicken sandwich meal. As soon as you come in there's a huge difference, the store is now bright, clean and the staff is welcoming and cheerful. My food was great (loved the onion rings!) But the biggest change was the staff, the young lady who was working the counter was so positive and prepared my order spectacularly! And while I was waiting I noticed her treating all the other customers and uber drivers kindly and efficiently. Will definitely be back!

  Stopped in today and was so impressed! The new owners are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was absolutely fantastic from start to finish. The store itself was spotless and very well maintained, which made the whole experience even better. I also picked up a birthday cake and the message was applied beautifully and super fast — such great attention to detail! It’s wonderful to see such pride taken in both the business and the customers. Wishing the new owners continued success — I’ll definitely be back!
