- BCBrooklyn CJul 1, 20262.0I haven’t visited this establishment since 2016 when it was run by different owners and I had to ask for a refund for sour tasting ice cream that had clearly gone bad. Recently I had heard there was new owners and the cleanliness had improved. This week I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, other than the burger and fries I ordered the blizzard and fountain drink both tasted off the blizzard had a sour aftertaste like the milk had gone bad. And the pop was peutrid. I cannot describe how bad it was. I will not be back

No greetings, I started looking at the menu thought of taking a cotton candy blizzard, Menu didn’t have pricing so asked the guy at how much will be each size a small was around $7.99+Tax Med was $9.99+Tax, I felt it was too expensive so expensive will take Mcd Icecream, I was walking out and this lady manager came to ask the guy at counter what happened, he told her he felt expensive and the lady was telling ok let him go waving her hand. Rude manager I had ever seen, I don’t understand why these kind of people are being hired. Very disrespectful. You are in public facing job learn to know how to satisfy the customers.
