  Service is slow, place is getting very dirty. Also washroom(s) one has been out of service for months the other one never has any toilet paper or paper towel

  I don’t know what the low ratings are about. The service here is always friendly and quick. The hot dogs are great and the fries will bring me from far and wide. Great location of a beloved chain! We stop in on our way back to Toronto all the time, always good!

  Absolutely loved it! The employee working was so sweet, welcoming and provided amazing service. If you're deciding what to get, I highly recommend the Bacon Double fries and the Cheese Dog. Both were loaded with toppings, super flavorful and hit the spot perfectly. Fresh food and fantastic staff will definitely be back!!

  I had an amazing experience at the New York Fries in Port Hope. The customer service was absolutely excellent. There was only one employee working alone but they were friendly and handling everything . On top of the great service they made the absolute best veggie fries. Highly recommend this location

  July 9th, 6pm My first time and what a disappointment. After I ordered our food, we went to sit at a table and the table was so filthy. The chairs were sticky, so I asked the lady behind the counter if I could have a cloth to wipe the table off and the sticky off the chairs she went to hand a paper napkin. I asked her if she had a cloth and some water I could wash it with and she said no they had a special way they clean them and only staff was allowed to do it so we stood there and stood there and stood there waiting for her to come over and clean the table. Once we got our food she continued to ignore us so myself and my two young grandsons Had nowhere sanitary to eat our food, That I paid over $36 for. We ended up using the hood of my car as a table seeing how it was cleaner than the table inside the small restaurant. The food was OK. I thought it would be a lot better. My one grandson was very disappointed in how small the poutine portion was. After a very long car ride on the 401 and stopping here to try it out for the first time I was beyond disappointed definitely will not ever stop here again. I am curious though why When I asked to clean the table and offered to myself, why I was looked at like I had three heads. I guess it was too much to ask to sit at a somewhat clean table, how disgusting!
