  Tried using an online coupon. Talked to staff before ordering about the coupon. Was told to order online. Had difficulty and spent way too much time. At the end the coupon didn't apply. Staff wouldn't honour or replace.

  I only received 1 popcorn chicken meals, when I ordered 2. I drove back to the store, politely asking for my missing meal. And Manager Dave, said “Ma’am, I know what you’re doing. I put 2 in the bag. You’re stealing.” Absolutely not. I am here for the meal I am missing. I am absolutely livid; that he is accusing me of stealing from KFC. I cannot believe Dave’s attitude. He shouldn’t be in a customer service role and shouldn’t be a manager with KFC. Please feel free to check the camera, KFC Port Hope. I am requesting an apology from Manager Dave. You should go give your business to another fast food place & stay far away from KFC Port Hope.

  Visited the store today and this store are very clean. Got my famous chicken sandwich and it’s absolutely delicious.

  Forced to use the kiosk to order. Made a simple mistake when asked about sauce, I said no sauce which I thought I was the dipping sauce but instead it was no sauce on the Big Crunch. I went to the counter to ask for the sauce to met with the rudest person ever. She checked my receipt and said to bad you put plain. All I wanted was mayo for the chicken burger. She reluctantly gave me a small amount in a to go container. I won’t be back due to her absolute disgusting customer service.
