  If I could give 0 stars I would. Chicken skin was soggy like its been sitting in a steamer to keep warm. Fries were stale. Sorry but in the future we will be taking our business elsewhere.

  If I could give a zero stars, I would. I am not one to leave bad. Reviews on any company as I am understanding that people have their off days, however, I just went through the k f c drive through and was rudely.Talked to by the female lady that works the window and then had to wait extra time to ask for napkins to which she told me.They're in the beg as well, can't you see them to then, call the restaurant and ask to speak to the manager.The lady through the phone at the manager with words that she said and the manager came on and absolutely rude as well.Did not help me at all.

  Received the wrong order at the drive thru. Did not notice until we got home. 10 pieces instead of 18. Drove back later, and the manager was extremely rude. He said "I packed 18 pieces". Well, good for him, but we only got 10. Guessing the car behind had a nice surprise. Check your order before you leave the parking lot.
