- GSGreg SowdenApr 25, 20263.0I gave this Dairy Queen 3 stars primarily because the Blizzards we ordered were quite good, however, the customer service experience was very disappointing. This was my first time visiting this location, and as someone who works in customer service, I usually avoid leaving negative reviews because I understand the challenges of the job. Unfortunately, the older lady who served my daughter and me was quite rude. When I stuttered while placing our order, she actually rolled her eyes at me. My daughter noticed the gesture as well and mentioned it to me afterward. I see now that other reviewers have mentioned similar experiences with this particular staff member. While the food met expectations, the lack of basic professional courtesy was unacceptable. I hope management addresses this, as good service is just as important as the product, and this seems to be a recurring issue.
