  Woefully understaffed. Online orders take precedent over dine-ins. Nice staff but they are obviously handcuffed. 30 mins is bit much to wait.

  Ordered 4 Big Crunch Meal boxes. Took 20 min to get it together with no one waiting in front of us. Service was rude when we asked for drinks while we waited and the lady at the counter left to go in the back. We asked a second time and she loudly spoke to a co worker to get us a drink, in frustration and told us Yes, your meals are coming now. Gravy was room temperature. Lettuce on sandwiches brown,wilted and well past when it should have been used. When we brought issues to attention, the reply being, "that's the way it comes."
