  Ordered 4 Big Crunch Meal boxes. Took 20 min to get it together with no one waiting in front of us. Service was rude when we asked for drinks while we waited and the lady at the counter left to go in the back. We asked a second time and she loudly spoke to a co worker to get us a drink, in frustration and told us Yes, your meals are coming now. Gravy was room temperature. Lettuce on sandwiches brown,wilted and well past when it should have been used. When we brought issues to attention, the reply being, "that's the way it comes."

  I rarely leave bad reviews but the customer service here was so disappointing. The lady taking the order was rude, impatient and spoke in an unfriendly tone the whole time. She seemed annoyed the entire time and made the experience very uncomfortable. I would not recommend based on how customers are treated.

  I was very satisfied with my KFC experience because the staff were friendly, welcoming, and efficient from the moment I arrived. My order was prepared quickly, and the food was fresh, hot, and tasted great.
