The most unfriendly experience here today Rigt from the ordering at the register to a very long wait for my order. They take my name and I’m waiting as others before we’re called by their names. My order was sitting ready for over 10 minutes. Lettuce on the burger now soggy and fries cold. Do better guys!

Burger Priest presents itself like a higher-end fast-food burger spot, so I expected a properly made smash burger with decent toppings, enough sauce, and a clean presentation. Unfortunately, this was my second bad experience. The burger was sloppy, with very little lettuce, not enough sauce, and the tomatoes pushed to one side. The fries were also undercooked, and I had to bring them back. To be fair, one male employee handled it well. He remade the fries and checked on me afterward, which I appreciated. But overall, the food and experience felt careless. Some staff seemed nonchalant and loud in the back. For $15, it felt like a waste of money. After two bad visits, I won’t be going back. I should have gone to Big M’s down the street instead.

I went for a fundraiser that they helped host and despite being very busy the employees demonstrated exceptional customer service and the food was great! 10/10 would definitely recommend!

Got the OG cheeseburger and the patty was overcooked and dry. I remember 2010s BP to have juicy almost pink on the inside hearty burgers and this one was similar to a mcdouble. Looks like the quality has really gone down. The poutine was also disappointing. The fries are cardboard with no salt as if sitting for too long. Cheese curds were nice but gravy lacks flavor. Over $20 for my combo which didnt include a drink. Wouldn't go back to be honest.
