  Pathetic and terrible experience at this location so gonna try other McDonald's location for sure. The late night Indian guy who wears earrings who thinks that he's manager and the Indian girl too with the specs who used to put less ice in my new sprite berry bliss and strawberry coke drinks. That same girl with the specs was afraid to put less ice this time in my orange dream drink because she was told by the guy who wears earrings and said he's the manager to make my drink intentionally with more ice pouring half a glass with the ice.

  Not a good experience at curbside pickup waited for 10 mins and after that a straw was missing.

  I got this hot cake for my daughter today i cant believe what I saw, some burt hard black stuff all over and inside the hot cake, good thing I checked beforehand she ate half of it . I called the place I got to speak with the manager or supervisor she said sorry bring it she will replace with new one. I dont want replace i want you look and tell me what or why is that hot cake has black hard stuff inside and out of the pancake. She didn't asks me if I want replace or exchange to something else. But hope everyone look before giving to kids. I had to drive back just to replace why dont big company check before giving to the customer special kids meal.

  I’ve been a regular customer at this McDonald’s location and never had issues before, but over the past 3 weeks, the experience has gone downhill. My orders have been incorrect multiple times, and when I try to address it, the staff often ignore the concern or don’t apologize. It’s frustrating, especially as a returning customer. There is one morning manager in particular who comes across as rude and unhelpful. Communication is poor, and it feels like customers are being blamed for mistakes instead of the situation being handled professionally. I understand that mistakes can happen, but consistent wrong orders and lack of basic customer service make this location difficult to visit. I hope management can improve communication and take customer concerns more seriously.

  Hands down worst McDonald’s around stood in dining area waiting to place my order Lady watched two people but infront of me and just served them anyways , had to go back to work truck and go through drive through just to get their attention all n all 27 mins to get my food and it was 1 combo
