  Went to buy a sandwich. Asked which were on special. Cashier and cook were both clueless. Ordered a sandwich, showed her the picture and told her and the cook several times “no mayo”. Got home…mayo. Took it back…no apology, no offer to make it right. NOTHING. My advice is: If you want food, skip this place (unless you bring an interpreter)

  Terrible experience i came to order food but had to use the bathroom first and this worker was rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I walked in with 2 other intending to buy food and the worker refused to let me use the bathroom until I ordered food! 1 of the people ordered before this interaction and the second person ordered afterwards. This person refused to provide a name and was being belligerent and I tried to de escalate the situation and they became increasingly aggressive. Would never return to this location

  I placed an order for 10 wings from your Pickering location on *July 18th*. Unfortunately, the quality was not up to standard. The wings were not properly coated and the batter was very thick. The texture was hard instead of the usual crispy and juicy chicken I’ve come to expect from KFC. I’ve enjoyed KFC many times before, which is why I wanted to bring this to your attention. I hope you can look into this so the quality stays consistent for all customers.

  I'm not big on reviews I do them once in a while but I guess today deserves one. Now that I'm looking I kind of wish I have read the reviews before coming here. Haven't been to KFC in a long time ended up getting the famous chicken sandwich box deal which with a little tip came to around almost $20 bucks luckily I was greeted with a half bag of popcorn chicken cold fries and a tiny chicken sandwich that was overcooked turning black/brown and very dry. Hopefully someone else reads this before going there and avoids it don't make my mistake
