  We had a very disappointing experience with the service here. The kids' quesadilla was served undercooked with unmelted cheese, which was a major concern. Additionally, the vegetable portions were quite small, and we observed that the remaining stock was being reserved for mobile and Uber Eats orders. The entire meal felt extremely rushed and fell far short of our expectations.

  I have been ordering the same bowl from Chipotle for years, and I’ve visited this location 3–4 times since it opened without any issues. Unfortunately, my experience today was disappointing. About halfway through eating my bowl, I realized the rice was significantly undercooked — there were mostly hard pieces throughout. I didn’t notice right away because the fajita veggies are naturally crunchy, but once I did, it made the meal unpleasant to eat. I attempted to resolve the issue through the app since that’s where I placed the order, but the only response I received was that the concern would be passed along to management. I understand mistakes happen, but I was hoping for a more helpful resolution given the quality issue.

  I just ordered from here, and the place was insanely busy. It’s only a bunch of teenagers working behind the counter. They kept running out of everything, and all the customers were getting kind of pissed off. There was this kid Emile working behind the counter. I had kind of a special order, and this kid made sure that every single piece of that order was filled even when they were running out of stuff. The place looked really busy and stressful. Top marks.

  My first time to visit the place. I’ve asked the young lady what is not spicy in terms of chicken, she was not certain and had asked the asian boy who happen to be passing by. The young man pointed to the first insert with uncertainty. The young lady scooped out the chicken for which when I got to work to eat it. It was spicy . I specifically asked. They could have even given me mild but none of the employees for whom I asked could answer me directly. I do not know if they lack training but indeed it was a very disappointing visit.

  Portion size is a disappointment, really. Food is phenomenal, but there is barely any food put into the bowl. I really want to love this location but not with these portions. The server put barely any beef, barely any toppings, and I've been to other Chipotle locations where the bowl is full, but this time it's well below the rim. People pay top dollar for this, especially after you add queso and guac. Then it's just like the smallest kiddie portion, come on. I really hope I can update my review in the future to a better score. Also, the lettuce was basically empty, the server put the smallest sprinkle of lettuce on my bowl and asked me "is this ok?" instead of refilling more lettuce and actually putting a decent handful. Management, you need to check today's staff (4/27) because I'm not the only person complaining about small portion size today. Food tasted great though, Thank you
