  Again visited here after long time and yes the Bowl was really tasty especially the meat was really tendered and the employees were also really friendly! Worth eating 🍽️ must try beef bowl !👍

  Got a 2-for-1 offer in email and went to redeem it at this store. Cashier Said it wasn’t on her till and couldn’t do it. So I said-no problem I’ll follow up with Customer Service and purchased the 2 large Buritos, figuring the franchise would make it right later - simple solution. Contacted them, I got a phone call from head office and sent them a copy of the receipt by email. Then- crickets… no reply, I reached back out about a week later to head office and got an apologetic reply and a promise that the store would reach out to me. They eventually did-by phone-, and apologized saying I could come in any time - just mention my name and I would "get a Burrito and chips. Sorry for the inconvenience." Well today I went in… I was told I could only get a small burrito.. no chips -I understood… I was frankly a little upset that I went through the effort of contacting the franchise and then was offered that. I said to the staff that I am not happy with that I came in for two Mucho’s(large). So I ordered them and didn’t collect the offer and said that I would follow up with the franchise. They then proceeded to talk with other staff point and roll eyes. I wanted to let Mucho know the experience I had, and snapped a picture of the guy that served me, so that they would know the specific person who was responsible for my encounter. Then the guy who served me (whom I asked if he was a manager-and he said yes) and another gal approached aggressively demanding that I delete my picture. I informed them that it was being sent along with my feedback to the customer service department. They aggressively insisted and I decided to leave. As I was leaving the gal shouts out “we are going to file a complaint about you”. Oh my goodness…. I went for a meal and got that. This location is not worth your lunch hour. Go elsewhere. If this is what all Mucho’s have become then I will no longer eat here. I only figured there was a simple problem needing correction… they turned it into a hostile unpleasant experience. Never again!

  Ordered the lunch burrito box and was amazed at how much food I got. The manager Shiv was very generous with the portion and the service was quick and professional. Love it! Thanks Shiv!

  I had a wonderful experience at Mucho Burrito. The staff member, Shiv, who served me was incredibly kind, polite, and genuinely welcoming, which made my visit even more enjoyable. I ordered waffle fries with toppings, and they were absolutely delicious—perfectly cooked, flavorful, and prepared with great attention to detail.
