  Best sub spot in town. Staff are always super friendly and for some reason the subs taste better at this location than any other.

  Today (July 27) at around 12:30pm, I went through the drive through. I informed the older woman I struggle with ordering because of a brain injury so it may take me a minute more than others. She was extremely rude while I was placing the end of my order (There’s no sign with what toppings or sauces they offer at the window, and I couldn’t remember what was available by memory). When I received my order it was incorrect. I went in to the store hoping not to speak with her again, as she was so rude the first time. I gave them the sub that was wrong and asked for the one I ordered and she was even more aggressive. If she continues with this behaviour, she should not be working with the public. This behaviour was shameful and embarrassing to handle for paying customers that have cognitive struggles and verbally expressed their disabilities, especially when the information to order isn’t clearly displayed at the window. Usually when people express their disabilities and are vulnerable in that way, it is met with kindness and not this sort of aggression.

  As usual the people working the counter were very nice and went out of their way to help us. The only issue was we found the bumbto be a tad stale tasting

  Great service! Fresh and delicious! Staff were so friendly. A great spot to have lunch.
