  Really disappointed with the service today. I went through the drive-thru in the afternoon and ordered a Sausage, Egg & Cheese breakfast sandwich since McDonald’s offers all-day breakfast. They took my payment at the first window, then at the second window they told me they were out of eggs and asked me to pull over to the third window. I waited there for several minutes and nobody even came to the window or gave me any update. I was already getting late for important work, so in the end I had to leave without even getting the food I had already paid for. Honestly, running out of items can happen, especially during busy hours, and I understand that. But what frustrated me was the lack of communication. If they were out of eggs, they could have told me while taking the order so I could have chosen something else that was available instead of wasting time and leaving hungry before work. The whole point of using a drive-thru is quick service, but this experience was the complete opposite.

  Very disappointing experience. I ordered two Quarter Pounder combo meals, but both were incorrectly given as cheeseburgers. Getting one order wrong might be a mistake, but getting both wrong is hard to ignore. I have photo and video evidence of what I received. This kind of error is frustrating and unacceptable, especially when you’re paying for specific items. I’m not sure if this was carelessness or something else, but it definitely needs improvement. I hope management takes this seriously and ensures better accuracy in the future. Would appreciate a proper resolution.

  The staff are rude, everytime I come here they take forever just to mess up my order, I always regret coming here and not going to the Lansdowne location. Ive waited 20 minutes in the drive thru after they parked me, they still messed up my order.
