  Kiosk for ordering food need to be updated , and we cant login into our account in that one, all the other places have an updated ordering system nowadays

  Tonight I ordered ahead to ensure they had time to prepare our 18 piece meal. Our power is out and I wanted to feed my family. In addition to the fries and chicken being very greasy and salty, when we opened the bucket of chicken, the breading wasn't on the chicken and was laying loosely in the bucket. To add insult to injury, the cashier said "this is your total order" and handed me the bags and DIDN'T put in our order of Onion Rings and extra container of gravy. Also, the containers of fries were 1/2 to 3/4 full - certainly NOT full! $75.69 later! Save your money, this business does not care about their product, service or the people and families they're feeding!! The restaurant was scorching hot and there was no air conditioning on and the floors were filthy and sticky. If I walked in off the street to order in person I would have turned around and walked out, but unfortunately I ordered ahead of time (and still had to wait). If you MUST order from here, open your bags and check them. This isn't the first time they've short changed us, but it's the last time we'll order from here again.
