Wait time for simple 2items took ages to make and i ordered a drink they just handed me over the order without telling me drink is not available. Very unprofessional and uninterested behaviour. And the wrap was full of salt. Very bad experience

Food is good sometimes, it was always hit and miss. Staff is 0.5 star, is not at all welcoming, had to wait about 10 minutes to even get their attention that I am here. If you’re driving please be safe of POTHOLES, I always hit my car. Seems there hasn’t been a single inspection or maintenance since a decade.

Had a great experience at KFC! The food was fresh, hot, and delicious. The staff was friendly, professional, and provided excellent customer service. The restaurant was clean and welcoming, and my order was prepared quickly. I really appreciate the team’s hard work and attention to detail. Highly recommend this KFC to anyone looking for tasty food and great service!

The young, overweight indian woman who works there needs to go. She has no urgency, no idea how to prioritize customers, and she floats around the store ignoring customers. She handed me my food and I asked for a 3 dollar gravy, and she immediately just took the order from the person behind me instead of getting me out of the store. Another time, when I was at this KFC, my order was sitting on the counter while she did TWO laps of the store, not accomplishing anything. You could tell that the other veteran employee there was fed up with her. Fire her now! On the other hand, the food is always good. But the service is terrible with this employee there.
