- ALanna lewis6 days ago4.0Food is always great, staff us always great. The air conditioning is WAY TOO COLD, i realize the kitchen is hot but today was 9c outside and ac was on. Freezing inside and hard to enjoy meal. We were not the only customers, not enjoyable when you need your winter gear on.

After a hard day I came for comfort food but had the opportunity to chat briefly with these lovely people. Their positivity and encouragement even late in the evening may have seemed like a small kindness, but truly meant a lot. The world's very busy and closed off today, but they are an exception. You've secured my Harvey's loyalty for life!

I have had a veterans card discount denied at a Harvey's in Brampton, "we don't do that here." This Harvey's in Peterborough, when I showed my card, and within a second, said "thank you for your service sir.". Never have I had a Harvey's employee said that to me. The staff in Peterborough are too notch, thank you.

Just don’t bother. The app went down after placing a delivery order, no way to contact anyone, the store phone has been busy for over a week at the water st location, and this number on google is a medical alert bracelet sales line. Over a week and no resolution whatsoever.
