Over a week and no resolution whatsoever. Edit: they are so insultingly incompetent they can’t even use an ai response properly… are these the people you want in charge of your food, I don’t!

She was very clear, polite and friendly when she had to tell us they were waiting on part of our order. I asked if she’d let us know when it was ready but she ended up bringing it out to our table anyway. She came out to clean the tables and asked us how our food was midway through dinner. You hardly ever get that at most fast food places. Any time we eat at this location it’s always fresh, staff is always friendly. Definitely recommend, Harvey’s burgers are classic and one of our favourites, love the deep fried pickles and I had no idea how good the bbq sauce was! My son ate both his bbq dips and he’s very selective.
