Will continue to support this business Workers were fine. Food was prepared quick and they were friendly. I felt bad for the worker who kept having to repeat herself because whomever couldn't hear her over the head set. I don't know if this is just a Harvey's thing or this particular location as I don't go very often maybe twice a year but the food quality has really gone down eh? My two cheese burgers were fine almost seemed like a smash burger with how thin they are. Toppings were fresh. The poutine that I used to love is so salty it's almost inedible and I'll probably end up tossing it the fries were both soggy and mushy which I didn't know was possible tasted almost under cooked was kind of cold. They changed the gravy? Didn't add enough water to the mix? Salted my fries? I'm not sure but it's gross. My shake was disappointing as well and had very little flavour. Huge waste of almost $15. Doubt I'll go out of my way to go to this location again. I see lots of 5 star reviews so not sure why my experience was so disappointing. On the plus side restaurant was clean
