  The supervisor Kayla Is very unprofessional and rude. I noticed when I came in, one of her employees asked her a question and completely lost it and swore at her in front of customers the poor girl was almost in tears, she’s rude and not professional and should not be working at this franchise nor should she be a supervisor. What a bad example she sets for employees.

  The team at this store have gone above and beyond each of my recent visits - fantastic service that is very customer focused on ensuring I was pleased with my overall experience. A real pleasure to see in todays retail landscape....

  I ordered chicken strips from the drive thru but got a chicken sandwich filled with sauce. The service is slow and they don’t do points at this location. The workers are kind but the system there fails them. I frequent the other location as they do points and service is fast. I came to this one for convenience but will likely continue to frequent the other location.

  Dairy Queen on Chemong is horrible. Decided to take my grandkids there after a movie. Tables were dirty, fries were not hot and saturated with grease, I got half a piece of bacon and cheese didn't melt on my burger. It was disgusting. None of us finished our food after paying more than $50.00 for our meal I personally have never written a negative review or any review regarding a food franchise.. however.. I will never go to this restaurant again. If we get food poisoning literally wont be surprised!
