    After paying extra to get add ins in my blizzard just to not have the add ins I paid for. Also had a method head come sit beside 4 of us at a table and after he left we reported it to the staff, who reported it to their manager. The female manager didn’t come talk to us, didn’t do anything about the situation at hand, just said we’ll keep an eye on it to her staff. Then when she did talk to her staff about us, it was to remind us that they close soon. Absolutely disgusted with the management. I will also be reporting this to head office. Don’t bring your kids to this location. After this service, I wouldn’t trust any management that works here to handle a situation of any kind.

    No flipped blizzard here :/ ice cream was incredibly soft. Ordered 15 mins ago and when I asked about flipping, I was ignored.

    I came in about half an hour to close and the service was excellent! A young man was at the till and was extremely kind and very helpful when I was asking about blizzard flavors and allergins. I got my 4 blizzards in under 10 min and everyone was so very kind. Love this establishment and will be returning in the future!! Thanks so much!!

    Ordered and paid for a dipped cone, then told the machine was never turned on so the order cannot be completed. They then couldn't refund me the full amount as I paid by credit card but they could only refund by cash. Not impressed.
