I've been a regular customer at this location and never ever had a bad experience. Had some friends visiting from far so I had to bring them here, and they loved it! food was really good and service, always best and friendly be it the store manager or the staff, you always feel welcomed here. Deserved this review for the super kind, friendly and respectful treatment they provide for the customers new or old even the delivery drivers. Highly recommend to everyone ♥️♥️

Extremely combative and rude "store manager"
Tried to intimate me, tried to control where I stood, aggressive and confrontational. The way she speaks to customers and staff is unprofessional. This person should not be in management. She has a temper, is extremely rude and definitely unprofessional. Liability for the store.

EDIT: until you guys do something more than a generic reply you’ve lost a family worth of customers.
Hanna is not cut out for customer service. I’ve been coming here for 20+ years and never had an issue until dealing with her. Everything would have been cool if you would have just remade my order, expecting a customer to drive across town for a packet of sauce is insane. If you aren’t sure of your ability to make your mistakes right with a customer how can you call yourself a manager? Telling a customer I will text my boss and get back to you? Especially when it’s because she just forgot to put it in the bag, and nobody even apologized. Absolutely wild interaction, I was so fed up by the end I just got a refund and will make different plans for dinner.
