  ALWAYS check what you get at drive-thru! I went and it wasnt busy. Nobody ahead of or behind me. 4 people I could see working at the back. I asked them to double check the order at the window. They inspected the bag and confirmed it, then handed it to me. I drive away and get back to work only to find items missing that I paid for.

  Bad experience. Ordered tacos, chicken nuggets and nacho fries - was told at the counter the nuggets weren’t available and that I’d have to chase a refund through online support myself. Then got home and found the nacho fries missing from the bag too. So I tried to get the refund. The online form doesn’t work. Called the support line and no one picked up after more than 15 minutes. I’ve eaten at Taco Bell for years in the US, where a missing item is sorted out on the spot or with one quick call. Being told to go file a claim online and then hitting a broken form and an unanswered phone line is a completely disappointing and low standard.

  Bought the Crunchwrap taco supreme by looking at the advertised phot and what I got was less than 1/4 the size compared to the photo. Why do you advertise with a different size than what the customer actually gets. That’s so wrong and false advertising

  The food and service were excellent! I want to specifically highlight the service from the manager. Conversation with him is always pleasant and I look forward to it every time I order.
