  Terrible service. 4 of us went for dinner. Was told our meal would be served on plates & brought to table. 2 of us were served on plates & finished eating before other 2 got there their meal. After 20 mins they had to ask where it was. Was brought out in boxes in a bag even tho the girl who brought out the first 2 plates said she would be right back. Then the apps were brought out in boxes in a bag. Was not given cups to get our drinks. Was not given cutlery to eat our meal. Ordered 4 donuts which were so overcooked couldn't eat them. They brought 4 more. Just as bad. The worse service ever. So disappointing as we had guests from out of town.

  Came in and was met with Tracy. She was fantastic and very polite. Brought my lunch quickly and hot. Lovely experience.

  It's been awhile since I've had supper here and we were pleasantly surprised! A cashier named Suman was so kind and even saved us money. She was very thoughtful to do that for us and even gave my son extra chalet sauce as I mentioned that he loved it. I will definitely be going back again soon, hard to find good customer service these days but she did not disappoint! Thank you again for your kindness Suman!

  Beware, they charged twice on my card, gave me the run around and still not rectified 2 weeks later. Calls are not returned. Will be calling the bank to flag them
