Worst possible experience at a Kelsey’s I’ve ever had. My husband and I love the Kelsey’s chain (not Petawawa). We stopped there to eat supper on our home from Cornwall. There was so much that went wrong at that place that it almost seems unreal.
The girl that sat us was so rude and told us it's not her fault that she didn’t seat us sooner because they only have two waitresses working.
The burger I ordered was cold, very dry and burnt. They forgot the cheese and the condiments. My onion rings were undercooked and soggy. The napkin that came wrapped around the utensils was wet, not just damp, but WET.
My husband ordered steak and baked potato that was also cold and disappointing.
The ladies washroom has a broken paper towel dispenser and paper towels don’t come out, there is a roll in the dispenser but they don’t come out.
Do Not go there if you want good food and service. Not sure who runs this restaurant but you should be embarrassed.
Horrible service. The lady who came to the entrance was extremely rude. We came all the way from Barrie, Ontario, rang the bell at the entrance as instructed, and instead of welcoming us, she rudely asked, “Why are you ringing the bell? Are you stupid?”
Absolutely shocking behavior towards customers. I wish I had caught her name so others could avoid dealing with her. The atmosphere was completely unwelcoming, and we decided to leave the restaurant immediately. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

My wife already left a great detailed review, but I honestly felt our server at Kelsey’s in Petawawa deserved even more recognition. In a world where good service is becoming harder and harder to find, she stood out immediately. Professional, genuine, attentive, and the kind of person who naturally makes people feel comfortable without even trying. You can tell she takes real pride in what she does, and it absolutely shows. The food was great, but the service is what genuinely made the experience memorable. Kelsey’s should be proud to have someone like her on their team. Thank you Sabrina

I went to dinner with my parents today and the service was outstanding, it’s rare to see young people be so outgoing, respectful and kind while working.
Rarely do I give reviews but Sabrina gave us an experience worth a review!
Thank you Sabrina!!

We came for dinner and accidentally discovered the greatest server of all time. Seriously, give this woman a cape because she was out here saving empty drink glasses before we even realized they were empty.
She was funny, insanely friendly, fast, and somehow managed to make our entire table feel like VIPs. At one point I’m pretty sure she was serving 47 tables, solving world peace, and still checking on us with perfect timing.
The food was great, but honestly she was the main event. If customer service had an Olympic team, she’d be bringing home gold medals.
You can tell when someone genuinely enjoys people, and she made the whole experience feel fun instead of just “going out to eat.” Our family left saying, “We hope we get her next time.”
Protect her at all costs. Give her a raise. Name a menu item after her. We will absolutely be back because of her! ❤️
Thank you Sabrina your the best
