Got accused over and over while trying to get 2 subs that’s I die a mobile order in my lunch and was very insulting, but I work 20 minutes away and only have 30 minutes for lunch. They also messed up my order. I had not been to this subway in about 6 months and will not be going back. Very disappointed in the service and how I was treated by staff.
- DBdick bApr 25, 20261.0Check your receipts, they are pulling a fast one on you, make sure you get the receipts and didnt get charged too much. They are using the " sun of the day" to try and get and extra 3.60 for the COMBO . But the price is already in the meal of the day price for a combo, 7.99 for the 6 inch combo, 3 dollar extra for the foot long, which we got this. They charged for a "cold cut" sandwhich then added the combo to the total after. Also eas hesitant giving receipt after. I thought the price was off so I asked for it. Good thing I did... Then when I called them out in it, the other employee in the back, couldn't help but smirk about the whole thing, that they had been caught. I actually called them out on it. 3.60 for 10 people even is 36 dollars. It's a busy locations people don't look, they tap and go...
