  Honestly, first time taking time out of my day to leave a review, ever. I have worked in fast food for 15 years, and am usually pretty patient and easy going and understand mistakes happen, but this location 9 times out of 10 can't get a simple request right. Every time I order a snack wrap with no lettuce, it is always absolutely drowning in lettuce, and if it was easy enough to pick off would not complain, but to get all the lettuce off I am losing almost everything else on the wrap aswell other then the chicken. Most days I don't always have the time to check before leaving, some days I do, and some days like today it was someone else nice enough to bring me lunch, but honestly it's just disappointing that such a simple request has continuously been messed up time after time. I think it's time to remind employees to truly pay attention to the food they are making and the order requests, as at the end of the day it may be 'cheap fast food' but it is still money down the drain.

  Burger was cold & dried out. Topping where all off to the side & cheese was 1/2 off the burger

  Order food for the road for the family.. But my cheeseburgers only had cheese. No burger... fries were cold which was very disappointing since I had to wait for my food anyway.. no straws and no forks for the poutine and drinks another disappointment. Seems like this McDonalds is just going down hill. Worst part is only us and 3 other people in the restaurant at 2300. I should of checked for forks and straws but I dont think I should since I ordered it to go...

  The lady placing my order was very pleasant and was very knowledgeable why the coffee was only 1.05 as the drive through was closed. I saw smiling faces as your employees worked and another lady assisted me with a bathroom door. Your MacDonalds is a testament to the kind of management that is over the staff. Well done..
