  Had a really great experience at Dairy Queen Grill & Chill on Hartley Ave in Paris! I especially want to appreciate Alexa, Jayesh, and Sachin for their amazing service. They were friendly, welcoming, and genuinely made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked in. The Blizzard was absolutely delicious, and I especially loved the classic Dairy Queen touch of having it flipped upside down before handing it to me!🍦😄 The store was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the whole experience was really pleasant. A big thank you to Alexa, Jayesh, and Sachin for going above and beyond. You guys are doing a fantastic job! 👏 I honestly wish we could get this same level of service and hospitality at every Dairy Queen location. This team definitely deserves the recognition. Keep up the great work! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

  A wonderful new addition to Paris. Friendly service and spotlessly clean space. Manager goes above and beyond for his customers. Will be purchasing all future DQ cakes here!

  This place has amazing service. They have very enthusiastic workers and the food is fresh when it's made. The interior is very clean and has that new-age vibe that feels very efficient for the amount of people they are serving around this time. The addition of this place to this plaza has definitely made my summer a lot more enjoyable. Just to be clear on what to expect: Going inside during a busy time can have you feeling like you're in people's way, due to its "smaller" size, so going through the drive through can save you from feeling like that, but you will most likely be asked to pull aside and wait, which is fine depending on circumstance.

  Went to the new Dairy Queen and was impressed by the level of customer service from their cashier Lauren. She showed a great level of engagement with customers as she cracked a couple jokes and even complemented my bedazzled wallet. Her name tag was also bedazzled which I found very delightful. I could taste the love in my blizzard, definitely coming back. I hope future cashiers follow in her lead of customer service.

  My first experience at this Dairy Queen was with an offer of the first hundred customers to get a free blizzard every week if a Dairy Queen cake is purchased. When we arrived, we were able to get the deal which was fantastic. However, the pricing on the cakes were not consistent. For the blizzard cake the price was more as the regular cake. It is a good reminder for staff to make sure that this difference is known as we were told. They were the same price but got charged differently. Everyone was very friendly, the only other downside was the place smelled like dirty mop water upon entering. For my second experience, I didn’t go inside but had a way better experience. Jiresh had fantastic customer service and brought much enthusiasm and went above and beyond. The enthusiasm and bringing the community together makes this atmosphere very nice. I was able to bring my dog on the outside patio and was served timely. Jiresh made this experience wonderful.
