  Every single online order I’ve ever placed is wrong. They never put sauce or cheese on my sub and when I called last time I ordered and I’m like hi I’m so sorry but there was no cheese or sauce on my sandwich. They were saying that I had to go there just to get the cheese but they couldn’t make me a new one. The cheese is supposed to be melted on my sub. I don’t know how hard it is to follow instructions for a sub on a screen, Terrible customer service over the phone. Every time I go in they’re pretty polite I will say also my cookies were raw. I had to put them back in the oven to fully bake.

  Staff was pleasant and worked non stop prepare large order. However coffee was stone cold. It was replaced by a bottled beverage as replacement hot coffee not available.
