  Another horrible experience with this horrible place! Rude manager. Poorly trained staff. Ridiculous prices. Dirty bathrooms. You have failed to correct your constant mistakes, and yelled at me for pointing out I am missing items. Skip this place like the plague!

  I wanted to leave a compliment for Nadine at the Owen Sound McDonald’s on Highway 21. I recently called regarding a mix-up with my BLT sandwich order, and she was absolutely fantastic in helping sort everything out while also taking the time to provide additional information. Nadine was pleasant, outgoing, and genuinely endearing to speak with. In this day and age where everything feels rushed and fast-paced, her attentiveness really stood out. She took her time, listened carefully, and made the interaction feel personal and valued — something that has honestly become quite rare. Exceptional customer service like that deserves recognition.

  Got a coffee and muffin at 12:30 pm You need to change your coffee grinds EVERY time you brew.. NOT every 2nd time.. Coffee was like water and milk

  I had such a great experience thanks to Victor at the front counter. We originally received the wrong order in the drive-thru, but Victor went above and beyond to make things right. He was incredibly kind, patient, and attentive, making sure we got exactly what we needed without any hassle. It’s not often you come across customer service like that—he genuinely cared about turning our experience around, and it really showed. Victor is a great example of how much a positive attitude and professionalism can make a difference. Thank you again!

  I took my kids there, We sat in the play area the table was nasty like it was not cleaned in a long time. I asked the staff too please wipe it down she was rude and barely wiped the table at all...not the cleanest place and this was not the first time!!!!
