  Mother's Day - Outstanding experience! I needed a quick, easy meal to take to a family gathering on mother's day. Ordered take-out from Kelseys for the first time. The food was delicious! It was ready earlier than the first 11:20am alloted time. The staff were friendly and efficient upon pick-up and it was sealed in a large paper bag with a big Thank You! to me written on it! I would definately choose to order take-out from Kelseys in Owen Sound again!

  Bryanna was absolutely amazing! She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience even better. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is happy. Great service, great attitude, and such a positive energy — definitely deserves 5 stars!

  Server never came to refill drinks or see how meal was going and she took scene card and didn't return it we had to go get it and she never returned t bill just returned cash. My meal was good but my mom wanted it cooked but more but waitress nowhere to b found to ask to get it cooked more.

  We’ve given the Owen Sound location of Kelsey’s 3 tries in the last couple months, and every time it has ended up being some of the worst service we’ve ever experienced. The waitresses are completely oblivious and it feels like you’ve been forgotten from the second you sit down. Having been a server for 15+ years, I’m astounded at the lack of decorum and attention these servers get away with. The food the last time was also sub par. I’ve gotten the chicken fried chicken for years and this time it was awful. The seasoning was super spicy/peppery and the whole meal was so salty it hurt my mouth. The menu is half what it was for options and they can’t make a sherley temple to save their lives. The atmosphere is calm and good for kids which is why we went back once more, but we are definitely never going back ever again. No similar issues at Montana’s up the road. Would complain to a manager but there seems to be no staff available for any needs at any time. Zero stars.

  First of all, our server was amazing. This review does not reflect her. I brought my 2 sons in for a nice boys night out and they enjoyed their food and it all came out in a timely manor. The biggest complaint is from the kitchen staff. I got a steak sandwich and the menu’s description is vastly different than what you get. Instead of carved steak you get round chunks of meat. Small, flavourless. Dull. And it was cold. The server was apologetic and took the sandwich back to the kitchen to get remade. They instead, took it off the bun and just threw it in the microwave. Even though the server was told by the kitchen staff it was freshly made again. I was told the manager would do something to make up for this. $10 off my entire bill. That’s it. Never going back. UPDATE filled out the customer service form they asked me to do along with their code and have not heard back from them at all. Terrible
