I have been here several times and it seems like it’s a habit to skimp and misrepresent their burgers. Who is cheap with veggies on a basic burger?

Every time I have come here, the owner and the staff have been so kind, considerate and generous! I used to go to the original location in Toronto and this location continues the same quality and customer service! The food is always delicious and I really appreciate the people working there! 10/10 give this place a shot!

I went over to the baseline location today to get a cheese burger for my mom .. it was fantastic.. I mentioned to the staff abt a website on YouTube called Broken Canada n how they have a show on 5 worse burger places n that burger priest is number 1 best to eat. I hit home and the staffer gave my mom n I two free cookies .. thanks n I’ll be back for sure

I was so excited to try this place for the first time, after reading so many amazing reviews. The poutine was lacking gravy - barely coated the fries and did not melt the cheese at all, fries weren't really cooked and cold. The burger was okay. I did try to call 6 times to make an adjustment as I made an error with my online order, and could not reach anyone.

Is "add smoke" adding breaded jalapenos? This is not smoke this is fire. Adding smoke means adding smokey flavour to the beef while cooking. I.e. Hickory smoke, wood chips/pellets etc. Charging people to "add smoke" when it's really just indigestion and jalapenos under a misnomer is a bad play. Call your burgers what you want. But when it comes to paid for add-ons make it clear what is added especially when it's referencing unrelated sandwich. I'm not the only person who might think that "adding smoke" on their og burger wouldn't mean breaded jalapenos. Call it heat or simply jalapenos. This isn't marketing anymore, it's spicy food on something where someone expects rich and savory. Smoking meat or beef has been around for centuries, it is not something you coined to upsell jarred jalapenos in stale breadcrumbs. Change the menu and I'll delete the review. Thank you
