How disappointing it was to discover that the company that runs this business (MTY Food Group) decided it would partake in the shrinkflation scheme. Let me put this plainly: the Tom Yum soup is about half the size of what it used to be. The soup used to be a big meal; now it is a medium one. Meanwhile the price is heftier than ever, at about $18 dollars per soup. Shame on you, MTY Food Group. You thought we wouldn't notice?
