I used to really like their food, but I don't know why the noodles were all broken up of during the stir-frying this time.

This was never a good location but they've become terrible now. The sauce tastes like ketchup so they're doing something to it and it just doesn't come out the quality of a normal Thai Express. You might be disappointed here.

this location was lacking before but now seems to have great service and the cooks know what they are doing. the best thai express used to be carlingwood mall but it closed but this location is doing great... pretty impressive for rideau mall. thanks guys!

Terrible customer service and the food was mediocre I don't not recommend coming to this Thai express. The one in St Laurent is way better. There's a female staff there that needs to work on her listening skills and customer service skills.

The lady working at Thai Express on May 27th around 11:30 a.m. was very rude and lacked basic customer service skills. She misunderstood my order, got it wrong, and then responded with attitude instead of trying to resolve the issue. She even started arguing with me, which led me to leave the order behind and walk out.
