  I can’t believe how hard it is for these people to follow what is being ordered. How many times will I order a BEAN crunch wrap or taco that they just decide to make a beef version instead? It’s just inexcusable, and I shouldn’t have to worry about this all the time as a vegetarian. DONT have vegetarian options if you can’t properly fulfill them. Deeply disappointed.

  New review. Everytime I come into this location I order two tacos for lunch. Either they spend 5-10 minutes sitting on the serving counter behind the cashier, getting soggy, or it takes 15 minutes to produce two tacos. Staff need to finish interacting with the previous customer before starting with another. I wait 15 minutes for the tacos, both of which sat behind the cashier for 7 minutes today before being given to me. Before I can respond the cashier is running away to something else. Stood there for more time waiting for hot sauce( which I was asked during ordering if I wanted). This is EVERY time I am here. The same thing. Food sits for too long befor being served, priority to door washers and uber orders. Tried the new churros and they were rock hard, no cream inside. Could not bite them, had to toss them away. Over all poor experiences here. Old review. I placed an order on March 31st 2025 at 9:06pm on their offical website. I arrived at 9:30pm( pick up time) and was told my order had not been recieved. I asked if a manager could view this and let me know what to do now. I was then ignored for 8 minutes while they tended to door dash and uber pick up. They prioritize the online orders( I don't know why anyone would order this to be delivered when it all comes soggy and cold). The cashier was very apologetic and tried to ask the manager what to do. Let me tell you, the manager told the cashier that "When the order comes, il make it". I asked for her name, she declined me 3 times and redirected to telling me to calm down and she would make the order. I was in that store until 9:50pm. I asked them to cancel the order, they told me they cant( I know they can Iv had an order cancelled in store when they didnt have what I wanted at other locations) It took them 44 minutes to make $60 worth of food. All of them were talking in hindi to eachother about me, I understood the mocking. I explained I had been waiting a long time and the manager left the line to go search for my order to then rudely specify the time I placed the order and then huff back to the line. I was calm the entire time and waited. No point in argueing or getting loud. I had a movie at 10pm with people in the car and was expecting to be there on time and was not on time. To sum It up, another food place with people who don't care. The food wasent correct, but after waiting that long we just left. Sucks when this location isn't even a year old. I honestly cannot tell if this was manager incompetence or the owner working their employees through 3rd party rushes and ignoring walk ins/online orders. Iv worked in food for many years and the 3rd party is frustrating. The line of people were working hard, but the whole place is just a mess. I was excited to have a Taco bell so close to home, but I guess we will continue to go to others. First experience at this particular location and I'm not pleased. $65 gone, incomplete food, and with a side of attitude and late movie.

  DO NOT ORDER BETWEEN 00:30- AND 10:00 AM! They randomly decide to close the store, yet will still take your order/money with no support to give you for it. I tried calling but there no number to reach corperate at. If you're going to close the store, DON'T ACCEPT ORDERS! Like taping a sign to 'do not order' on the door for a store that only takes online orders is a wild thought to me. Why not just unplugged our reject orders from coming in?? You only take online orders. Who in their right mind will WALK to the location, and THEN place their order??
