Terrible service, rude lady with heavy accent answered the phone this morning when trying to make an order by phone. Sounding annoyed asked me what type of order it was. Then told me I could only order through the app and hung up.

- DMDoory McFlyFeb 5, 20262.0You got one staff member working in the the restaurant during lunch rush-hour there’s about 13 people in line while one person is making all the sandwiches and taking all the orders and doing all the cashing out. I don’t know if some guy decided to take a break at lunchtime, but this is ridiculous. I ordered a sub online and I can’t even pick it up. I told her to cancel the order.
