- JLJoe LaineyApr 20, 20261.0If I could give -10 stars I would, the last time I came here the younger lady worker was in the back not doing anything, I was picking up an order and then she proceeded to help not just two clients who walked in after me but 4 clients when she was already late on my order when I waited 20 minutes already… she told me “just 2 mins, and took 10 minutes while I was in store” by the time I got my order it was 40 minutes later from ordering. Way past pickup time. I’ve never waited so long for a pickup order and it wasn’t even busy so I would’ve been understanding if it was, but it wasn’t. When asked if she just saw the order she lied and said that it only just popped up when I had walked in 10 minutes prior. And then today I ordered online again and the same worker LIED and said that someone else picked it up and gave her the name on my order… and laughed while saying it, she’s thinks I’m dumb and believe that bs. I saw her with my receipt so it was a big lie. Like common why did you have to lie when she could just say she’s behind and slacked off and didn’t start my order. I’m more mad because she lied not even because the order was late.. terrrrrible service horrible distrustful lazy employees. This location used to be good..

It came off as abrupt and unwelcoming. On the other hand, the person who took our order was excellent—friendly, attentive, and made the experience much better.
